Pacifica White
The Region: This unique blend has been sourced from the best of the Pacific Rim wine growing regions. Australia's warm climate produces Semillon of outstanding character. The cooler climate of Chile makes a smooth and well-rounded Chardonnay, while the similar temperatures in New Zealand achieve an explosive, intense Sauvignon Blanc. The Viognier is sourced from the US Pacific Northwest where the marine influences contribute to the perfect growing conditions for this grape. The blend of these 3 regions reign supreme and will not disappoint! 
The Wine: Staying true to our last release of Pacifica White, this wine showcases bright fruit and excellent structure. The Viognier offers flavors of peach and honeysuckle. The Semillon lends aromas of vanilla and butterscotch, while the Chilean Chardonnay adds more tropical fruit and apple-pear flavors. Finally, the Sauvignon Blanc adds the noticeable acidity in addition to the essence of the passion fruit and gooseberry. 
Food Pairing: This wines versatility makes it a match for a variety of dishes! Try it with a spring Pad Thai with green garlic, asparagus, and peas or spaghetti with prawns, chili peppers and garlic. This wine will practically go with just about anything. Or simply enjoy sipping on it solo over great conversation or other relaxing activities.

Whisky Barrel Cabernet-Merlot
The Region: The Okanagan Valley in British Columbia has a terroir that is affected by the deep Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains. The moderately cold but short winters and the hot summer temperatures allow for the production of an exceptionally well balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Paso Robles, located on the Central Coast of California, enjoys a long growing season and a healthy harvest which is the perfect condition for growing high-quality Merlot! The blend of Cabernet and Merlot from these regions reign supreme. 
The Wine: A robust blend of California Merlot and full-bodied British Columbia Cabernet Sauvignon are the perfect partners in this delectably versatile blend. The ripe berry fruit flavors, the structured tannins, and the high acidity combine to create a wine that truly shines! The addition of peated and unpeated oak chips from genuine Whisky barrels adds nuances of vanilla, tobacco, and spice as inviting toasty notes on the nose lead to a long, smooth finish. 
Food Pairing: This wines versatility makes it a match for a variety of dishes! Three Moons Cabernet Sauvignon
THE REGION: The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this premium wine were sourced from three carefully selected wine growing regions. Veneto is located in northeastern Italy – its breathtaking landscape provides the perfect conditions for producing high quality Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sierra Foothills in California, made famous during California’s Gold Rush, is known for developing grapes for bold and powerful wines. Lastly, the Riverland wine region in Southern Australia follows the Murray River and enjoys a Continental climate resulting in long sunshine hours which afford the wine full, ripe characteristics. 
THE WINE: This luscious, complex Cabernet Sauvignon exemplifies the unique characteristics from each of the three regions where the grapes are sourced. Deep ruby-red in color with blackberry, cassis and cedar notes, Three Moons Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, yet approachable wine with a long, smooth finish. 
FOOD PAIRING: Pairs well with roasted meat, aged cheese and pasta. Try it with grilled beef tagliata topped with shaved porcini mushrooms and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
